Abstract
A digitally controlled oscillator (DCO) is presented in this paper. The oscillator is part of a robust PLL transmitter which can be used for ultrasonic visualization in the MYRRHA-reactor. It has a quiescent frequency of 5 MHz, a tuning range of 4 - 6 MHz and a power consumption of 15 mW
