Abstract
This article describes education and training initiatives in nuclear sciences in Belgium, focusing on academic initiatives like the master after master in nuclear engineering (BNEN) and the postgraduate Radiation Protection Expert (RPE) course, among others. Furthermore, on overview of the activities of SCK•CEN's Academy for Nuclear Sciences and Technology is given.
