N2 - The oxide dispersion strengthened alloy MA957, irradiated up to 113 dpa in the Fast Flux Test Facility-Materials Open Test Assembly, was investigated by 3D-atom probe tomography. Oxide particles appear to be stable under irradiation at elevated temperatures. Although, the nominal chemistry of the particles does not change, evidence suggests occurence of ballistic dissolution and reformation processes. At 412 °C and 109 dpa also the chromium rich α' phase appears between oxide particles suggesting radiation induced segregation.
