Deliverable 1.2: Minutes from the 1st annual meeting

This report is a deliverable related to the work package 1: Coordination, Management and Administration and deliverable D1.2 - Minutes from the 1st Annual Meeting. The report aims to report the main activities carried out in the frame of this work package deliverable, the presentations made for each Work Package (WP), interactions among different WPs in relation to the execution of deliverables and the overall legal, ethical, financial and administrative arrangement of the consortium.
RadoNorm project held its first Annual Meeting on 6th – 7th of September 2021. The programme was very intensive and comprehensive.
The first day was intended for the RadoNorm members only. Detail presentations about the progress of the last 12 month of the project’s work packages and first results were given.
The second day was an open event to which all interested RadoNorm stakeholders were also invited.
A summary of the RadoNorm work and results were presented and discussed. In addition, the position of stakeholders, involved in RadoNorm project, were given and will serve as inputs for further fine-tuning of RadoNorm activities. In a panel discussion feedback from the Advisory Board was collected.
Although the pandemic and consequent measures have limited the possibility to meet in person, this has not prevented the dialogue and cooperation from continuing. The first annual took place in the form of a virtual meeting, gathering online in average over 120 participants.
