Deliverable 1.3: Minutes from the 2nd Annual Meeting

This report is a deliverable related to the work package 1: Coordination, Management and Administration and deliverable D1.3 - Minutes from the 2nd Annual Meeting. The report aims to report the main activities carried out in the frame of this work package deliverable, the presentations made for each work package, interactions among different WPs in relation to the execution of deliverables and the overall legal, ethical, financial and administrative arrangement of the consortium.
The RadoNorm project held its second Annual Meeting on 5th – 7
th October 2022 on the BfS / Helmholtz-Zentrum München premises in Munich, Germany. The first day, consisting of internal meetings, was intended for the consortium members only. These internal meetings were within work packages and between work packages in order to exchange findings, ideas and future plans for collaboration.
The second and third days featured open sessions where work packages presented their progress in three sessions: “Measurements”, “Risks and Health Effects” and “Mitigation”. Here, stakeholders and advisory board members could also participate. Day 3 ended with a stakeholder discussion addressing
relevant topics that stakeholders, such as regulatory authorities and contractors, are concerned with.
This deliverable comprises a summary of the proceedings of the 2nd Annual Meeting and aims to give the reader an overview of the progress of the project during the first 24 months. Detailed information regarding the presentations is omitted from this report for the sake of brevity and all presentations of the
