Abstract
Resistivity measurements were carried out on pure CoO and Li-doped CoO. A change in the activation energy was observed for the doped CoO at 20°C (Neel point). Resistivity and Hall effect measurements were performed also on Li-doped NiO. The Hall mobility increases with temperature in the region 100°-300°K; its value at room temperature was found to be 0.25 cm2/V sec.
