Abstract
Resistivity measurements were carried out on pure CoO and Li-doped
CoO. A change In the activation energy was observed for the doped CoO at 20°C (N^el pointl. Resistivity and Hall effect measurements were performed also on Ll-doped NlO. The Hall mobility increases with temperature in the region 100*-300*K ; its value at room temperature was found to be 0.25 cm^/ V. s .
