Abstract

A glance through this special issue entitled "Fuzzy Logic Applications in Nuclear Science and Technology" reveals a significant influence of fuzzy logic applications. This paper outlines briefly current results of fuzzy logic applications in the field of nuclear science and technology, and emphasizes that fuzzy logic and novel intelligent systems are needed in today's nuclear world.
