    Abstract

Measurements were made of the electrical conductivity and Hall coefficient of vitreous As2Se3 in the temperature range from 180 to 225°C. The Hall coefficient is negative while the thermoelectric power is positive; RH decreases exponentially with temperature, the activation energy being equal to 1.0 eV. The Hall mobility is temperature independent and has a value of about 7.6 × 10-2 cm2V-1s-1.
