Abstract

The current report is ASOF deliverable D4.2. Building further on the technical boundary conditions as set out in deliverable D4.1, focusing for example on the radiological and chemical inventory of spent nuclear fuel, and the current disposal concept designed by the Belgian waste management organisation, this report presents the potential impacts that advanced separation can have on the dimensioning of the geological disposal facility and the radiological consequences on the long term.
