Abstract

The UNSCEAR 2008 report, which has been published with a delay of more than 2 years, contains a wealth of information. The objective of this meeting is to give you a clear idea of the contents of the scientific annexes, to present some highlights and to go even beyond what can be found in the UNSCEAR report. Before diving into the scientific annexes, let me first give you a brief review of the origin and current activities of UNSCEAR.
