    In the framework of the CEC-DGXII-Fusion NET Technology Programme, AISI 316L base material and TIG metal deposit and electron beam specimens have been irradiated at a temperature of about 350K, up to 5 dpa. Instrumented Charpy tests have been performed on irradiated and unirradiated specimens at room temperature.The fracture toughness has been calculated and irradiation hardening is observed. The TIG metal deposit and the electron beam weld show lower fracture toughness values
