Abstract

In order to calculate thermal constants and burnup effects for the case of a unit cell of the BR2 reactor, some autocode programs for the "Ferranti-Mercury" digital computer have been developed. The physical basis and the application of these programs is described ; the most important results thus obtained are given in form of tables and figures. Due to the strongly heterogeneous reactor core, rough simplifications could not be avoided.
