    Abstract

In this short proceedings paper, we briefly described the application of our new Artificial Intelligence (AI) based approach to model the migration of point-defects to the ternary Fe-Ni-Cu alloy. We qualitatively analysed the influence of a small Ni concentration on the kinetics of Cu precipitation in Fe, as predicted by the inter-atomic potential.
