Abstract
The current status of the neutronic design of the XT-ADS core with In-Pile-Sections is presented. As compared to a clean core, the core with In-Pile-Sections hosts eight experimental devices (conceptual model). The effect on reactivity of the presence of these In-Pile-Sections is shown together with the neutron fluxes reached in these IPss.
