Abstract

The authors analyse experimentally the methods for preparation of solutions of carrier-free tellurium IV or tellurium VI published in the literature. The oxidoreduction, Ion exchange and solvent extraction have proved satisfactory. The two latter methods and the paper chromatography aIIow the analysis of these valence States of tellurium.
The methods based on precipitation on are criticized.
