Abstract

A projected Hartree-Fock calculation has been made for the ground state band of ¹⁰Be as well as for the non-normal parity band and the interloper states. A satisfactory energy spectrum has been obtained. However, there exists a discrepancy with experiment about the order of the L = 2 states from the lowest configuration.
