Abstract
In the first part, a description is given of a mechanical device manufacturing plant by means of signal flow graphs, using the z-transforms of sampled functions of time. The method is general and permits establishment the management structures, as illustrated by a real case (manufacturing of fuel elements for the BR2 reactor in M.M.N.). It is shown that, starting from these structures, efficient controle for safeguard purposes is possible.
The second part explains some algoritmes which can be used for the magement of such plants.
In appendix, some calculus with recursive formulae and their z-transform transfer functions are performed for clarification and generalization.
