title = "Reference composition of the fission product and rest waste stream: ASOF WP3",
abstract = "This document was written in the framework of research project ASOF – Advanced Separation for Optimal management of spent Fuel, supported by the Belgian authorities. This project investigates the effects of potential partitioning and transmutation on the disposal of spent fuel. The considered advanced processing would result in two main waste streams: a heat generating Cs/Sr rich waste stream, and a rest waste stream that contains all the other waste components. In this report, reference compositions are presented for these two waste streams. These compositions can be used to prepare simulated waste forms whose leaching behaviour will be studied further in ASOF.",
