Rat skin soiled with thallium sulfate has been used for decontamination tests by a method of washing and aspiration. Three decontaminating Solutions are used : soap, and sodium and calcium ethyIenediamine tetraacetic acid Solutions at 1 per cent ; their action Is compared with that of water. The results seem to indicate that in this case a solution of water and soap is the most effective agent for rapid skin decontamination
