Abstract
The spectrum shape factors of the 685 keV and 1028 keV beta transitions in the decay of 111Ag have been measured. The results are: C(W) = Cst[1-(0.023±0.04)W] and C(W) = Cst[1+(0.0±0.01)W], respectively. The experimental results are compared with the predictions of the extreme single-particle shell model.
