    Abstract

A neutron crystal spectrometer has been used for resonance scattering experiments in order to measure the ratio ⌈n/⌈ of neutron resonances in the eV region. From these data a value of the resonance spin J is calculated. The following results have been obtained: Hf177 (1.1 eV) J = 3; Hf177(2.4eV) J = 4; Tm169(3.92 eV) J= 1; and Dy163(1.71 eV) J=2.
