Steady-state photoconductivity in Bi- and Sb-modified Ge2Se7 glasses

Abstract

The spectral response and the temperature dependence of the steady-state photoconductivity were measured for vitreous Ge2Se7 modified by the addition of either 12% Bi, 12% Sb, or 6if6% Bi + 6% Sb. No conclusive evidence for the nature of n-type conduction in Bi-modified chalcogenides was found.
