Abstract

In this thesis result a cadmium and uranium dose response curve in Arabidopsis thatliana is presented for different end-points. Based on biomass meusurements an EC50 for U of 66µM and for Cd of 20 µM was determined. In addition to biomass (fresh-weight and dry wieght) the effect of different concentrations of uranium or cadmium on the photosynthesis and the production of reactive oxygen species is investigated.
