Abstract
The Belgium Centre for Nuclear Energy Studies has carried out calibration tests on both SO2 and NO2 measuring devices. Materials and methods used are reported. For both the automated and manual phase of the detectors reviewed comparative test cycles were set up. Monitoring techniques compared include flame photometry; conductimetry; coulometry; amperometry and chemiluminescence.
