Abstract
The fine structure of a weak kinematical diffraction beam, arising from the presence of a coherent domain boundary in the selected area for transmission electron diffraction, is analysed by comparing the positions and intensities of the observed satellites with the theoretical predictions deduced in a previous paper. Because of the large variations in relative intensity only a limited number of the seven predicted satellites could be revealed. In order to observe and identify a larger number of satellites, diffraction patterns are made of an area containing a number of parallel boundaries. The observed satellite configuration is analysed in detail; the positions and intensities are in good agreement with the theoretical predictions.
