    Abstract

    1. 1. By electrophoresis of mouse serum proteins on starch or acrylamide gels, four fractions migrate as prealbumins. 2. 2. These fractions are strain and sex dependent and their concentrations are directly influenced by testosterone. 3. 3. Renal excretion of the first fraction is demonstrated and the probability that blood and urinary prealbumin are identical is studied.
